Job description

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

Sales Leadership & Support

  • Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to drive performance and maintain high service standards.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and day-to-day direction to ensure targets and objectives are met.
  • Lead by example with high-quality customer engagement and expert product knowledge.
  • On-board and mentor new sales reps to ensure a smooth transition and early success.

Own Customer Portfolio

  • Maintain and grow your own key accounts, delivering tailored solutions and excellent service.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the region’s overall growth.
  • Identify customer needs and provide feedback to management on challenges and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with planning, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Support the Operational Sales Manager with performance reporting and operational updates.
  • Act as a first point of escalation for customer issues or internal sales queries.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing is beneficial.
  • 3–5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally with some exposure to team support or mentoring.
  • A confident communicator and problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • A proactive mind-set and ability to juggle both individual targets and team oversight.
  • Industry knowledge in Manufacturing and/or Poultry is a plus.
