Job Description

The role involves leading and supervising a team of analysts to ensure effective and efficient operation. The team leader must provide guidance, ensure proper quality assurance, and appropriately distribute work to fulfill regulatory and legal instructions. The incumbent must ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and regulations to mitigate operational losses, fines, penalties, or reputational damage.

Field of Study: Business, Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management

Experience Required

  • 3-4 years in Group Anti Financial Crime or Compliance
  • Leadership experience in an operational area
  • Knowledge of Standard Bank products and services in PPB, BCB, and/or CIB
  • Experience in Operations Shared Services, Fraud, and Risk management or similar areas
  • Exposure to bank processes, products, and multi-systems
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
