Process

  • Assist in managing efforts to improve current sales of parts, products, and accessories to enhance profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards consistently.
  • Ensure the correct equipment is used as per standards.
  • Execute own and team work in line with governance and compliance processes.
  • Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems, escalating unresolved issues.
  • Manage bin audit and stock take processes, ensuring accuracy and addressing issues.
  • Monitor safety regulations and occupational health and safety compliance, reporting incidents and accidents.
  • Report on transactional activities to aid decision-making.
  • Monitor shelf life of parts and follow procedures accordingly.
  • Perform spot checks on binning processes.
  • Plan and coordinate team activities to meet standards and objectives.
  • Advise and support stakeholders on parts, products, and accessories to maximize profits and satisfaction.
  • Assist the parts manager in ensuring timely availability of parts, products, and accessories.
Finance
  • Control stock levels and demand in line with procedures.
  • Coordinate daily team activities to prevent financial losses.
Client
  • Deliver services/products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinate team efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
People
  • Support the team through change initiatives.
  • Participate in learning interventions to foster growth.
  • Uphold company values and standards.
  • Require 2-3 years in a similar role.
