Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum of 3 years experience in outbound sales Team Leader role, with a proven track record.
Knowledge of local products and market dynamics
Experience must be gained within the South African market
Experience in data reporting
Good communication skills


Duties & Responsibilities

Provide instruction, guidelines, leadership and assistance to a group of approx. 20 agents
Drive an environment of enthusiastic , motivated agents
Ensure company Policies and procedures are followed by all agents.
Conduct call evaluation and coaching regularly
Follow the coaching development program (CDP) and conduct performance reviews
Set individual targets , plan of action and ensure the set objectives are met
Ensure team performance targets are met
Manage agent’s time keeping, attendance and productivity.
Ensure all sales meet all compliance requirements
Assist with QA queries, investigations, and ensure QA coaching is conducted
Ensure all sales are compliant in all sales processed.
Identify training needs, conduct coaching or arrange formal training.
Assist agents on how to become successful commission earners
Drive performance incentives
General administration
Manage the flow of day-to-day team operations
Conduct team meetings, set daily targets and follow up on deliverables.
Distribute reports results daily, ensure each agents understands the meaning of the results and requirements
Escalated disciplinary issues to management
Assist with managing walk in customers.
Ensure agents are sourcing min set referrals
Ability to think out the box
Forward looking and planning team requirements and performance
Open and lock office when required
Attend and cooperate is training reequipments.
Ability to draft a sales formal plan and place into action
Actively think of motivational ideas to drive a productive sales environment
