We are looking for a Team Leader (Mobile) based in Sasolburg. Do you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving growth targets in mobile betting, analyzing financial data to identify trends, managing costs, and boosting profits. Proactive reporting in these areas is essential.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Area Managers to meet targets
• Plan marketing campaigns, promotions, and events with support from the regional marketing team
• Manage daily promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are available and in good condition
• Oversee stock levels and usage, and measure promotion effectiveness using Promo Tracker
• Conduct market research to suggest improvements within the mobile department
• Recruit and interview candidates in coordination with HR and the Area Manager
• Manage sales agents, set daily targets, conduct performance reviews, and handle HR functions such as IR and PIP processes
• Manage team attendance, leave, and absenteeism
• Identify potential outlets for Top Up Vouchers and visit outlets as needed
• Organize ongoing training for sales agents on betting types, processes, and products
• Complete weekly Moodle/Betstrike and Voice Note training, and facilitate Trainer on Wheels sessions
• Ensure cash-up procedures are followed accurately, report shortages immediately
• Maintain Booster vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, branding, inspections, and servicing
• Submit daily reports and perform any other related duties
