Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets and increase the mobile customer base.
• Understand customer needs and handle different personalities professionally.
• Collaborate with Area Managers to meet targets and plan marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Manage promotional activities, marketing materials, and stock levels.
• Measure promotion effectiveness using Promo Tracker and conduct market analysis for improvements.
• Recruit, interview, and manage sales agents, including performance reviews and HR functions.
• Oversee team attendance, leave, and performance management, including PIP processes.
• Identify potential outlets for Top Up Vouchers and organize ongoing training for sales agents.
• Ensure compliance with cash-up procedures and vehicle maintenance standards.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and social skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

• Post-matric qualification.
