We have an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader (Mobile) based in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The purpose of this role is to ensure growth targets for mobile betting are achieved, analyze financial information to identify trends, manage costs, and increase revenue in the team and ensure proactive reporting on these areas.

You Bring:

• A minimum of 12 months in a leadership role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
• Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills
• Valid Driver’s License

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

1. Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets
2. Plan marketing campaigns/promotions/events with the assistance of the Area Manager and regional marketing Team
3. Facilitate daily promotional activities
4. Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns. All campaigns/promotions should be completed successfully and professionally
5. Management of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage)
6. Measure the effectiveness of Use Promo Tracker to measure the effectiveness of the promotion/event/campaign
7. Conduct market analysis/research to make suggestions for improvements within the mobile department
8. Recruitment and interviewing in coordination with Area Manager and HR department
9. The performance and team management of sales agents including the setting of daily targets, completing performance reviews (twice a year), conducting day-to-day people management functions such as HR/IR, and the poor performance of team members (PIP) function.
10. Management of team members leave, absenteeism, and attendance
11. Identify potential of Top Up Voucher Visiting outlets where required
12. Organise continuous training to ensure sales agents understand the different betting types, betting process, products and TUV
13. Weekly completion of all Moodle/Betstrike and Voice note training and Trainer on Wheels
14. Ensure that cash-ups are done following the cash-up Responsible to ensure that there are no shortages. Report all shortages to management immediately
15. Ensure that Booster vehicles are clean, branding is in good condition, vehicle inspections are conducted weekly, and that vehicles are serviced
16. Submit Daily
17. Any other related duties that might be assigned
