This position reports to the General Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure that all dispatches are correctly scanned out of the hub.
• Ensure that all dispatches are visually inspected for defects.
• Ensure that all outbound vehicles are loaded and released timeously.
• Ensure that dispatch documentation is checked, signed and copies distributed and filled accordingly..
• Ensure that all staff comply with SOP’s..
• Address all deviations.
• Complete and report on all KPI measures and provide reasons for deviations.
• Ensure that all equipment under your control is used correctly and stowed away safely.
• Assist staff with administrative and operational requests.
• Manage PPE and stationary requirements effectively.
• Ensure that all staff is using the correct PPE for the task being performed.
• Ensure that operational areas are kept clean.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification With in Supply Chain or logistics.
• 3 years in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Fleet admin and Team leader Position.
• Sound Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel and Email Software.
