TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Team Leader: IT Support within the IT division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Lead and manage the IT Support Technician and Helpdesk teams, including scheduling, performance management, and mentoring.
- Prioritise and coordinate team workload for efficient resource use.
- Oversee and ensure timely resolution of technical issues, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop a knowledge base of common problems and solutions.
- Communicate with upper management and other departments to report on team performance and improvements.
Qualifications And Skills- Matric / Grade 12.
- A+ and N+ Certifications.
- Valid Code B driver’s license and passport.
- Minimum 2 years' IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, printers, networks, and hardware/software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Goal-oriented and driven to deliver results.
