We are seeking a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Sales Team Leader role, based in Perseverance. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager at the site.

Key Purpose

The Sales Team Leader will implement and execute L&T strategies in the trade through effective management and coaching of team members (Merchandiser Order Takers) to achieve KPIs.
