We are looking for a Team Leader (Food and Beverage) based in Park, Durban, to supervise and support food and beverage branch managers. Your responsibilities include health and safety management, facility management, stock and resource management, and ensuring excellent customer experience. You will partner with branch managers to improve service and attract and retain customers.

What You’ll Do For The Brand
  • Ensure compliance with internal F&B processes.
  • Manage staffing and resources during shifts.
  • Oversee stock management, reconciliations, and inventory.
  • Ensure POS system uptime and resource management.
  • Maintain quality standards and customer service.
  • Handle staff rostering, discipline, and performance.
  • Ensure accurate cash management and reporting.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and briefings.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to improve customer experience.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
