Job description

Team Leader (Customer Service) required in Johannesburg.

Our client in the Customer Service industry requires a Team Leader that is passionate about cats who is available immediately.

Salary: R30 000 – R40 000 per month.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Solid background in customer service management or team leadership
  • Experience within an international market
  • Animal lover – the role is for a cat food brand
  • Able to lead with empathy and efficiency
  • Solid understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment
  • Manage a team through probation, performance reviews, reward systems, managing disciplinary processes and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PiPs) is essential.
  • Excel or Google Sheets experience
  • Able to demonstrate how you’ve used data to identify trends, analyse performance and turn insights into clear actions to improve team performance
