Purpose Statement: Lead the effective implementation of the Quality Assurance plan within the Capitec Intuitive and Acquisition Credit assessment frameworks, and standards across a business unit in Capitec.

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management, policy development, or assurance functions within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or Risk Management
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of credit risk management frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of credit risk management frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and combined assurance models.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles.
