The role involves the management of a sales administration team that supports Broker Consultants and Life Assurance Brokers.
There is a strong demand for high quality, organized and repeatable results. The responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing a wide variety of activities requiring rapid shifts in priorities. This is primarily a task-focused job, requiring a somewhat authoritative, directive leadership style that encourages results-driven, task-oriented collaboration.
Reporting to the QA Manager, the Team leader will be responsible to ensure that the sales support team produce high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures within the prescribed SLA’s.

Formal Qualification
Matric
Qualification in Management or training in team leading.
Experience
3 to 5 years’ experience in the financial services or Life Assurance industry with a proven track record within a sales servicing administration team.
In depth experience of Customer Centric Service Delivery.
Knowledge
Sound knowledge of the Life Assurance or Financial Services Industry.
