Salary Bracket: R15,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Leading an installation team during installations with AV/VC – not cabling
2. Project managing a project on-site and assigning tasks
3. Ensuring proper Health and Safety on site
4. Installation of equipment
5. Installation of cabling and determining cable runs
6. Termination of equipment/cabling according to best practice standards
7. Comprehensive knowledge of proper tool usage
8. Mounting of equipment on any surface required
9. Neatening and labelling of racks
10. Implementing solutions according to technical schematics
11. Following instructions and working together with the assigned team
12. Adhering to safety standards and regulations, including use of required PPE at all times
13. Keeping an installation site neat and clean
14. Preparing equipment, cabling, and consumables for installations according to the solution required
15. Available to work overtime when required
16. Available to travel for installations when required
17. Completing training required

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric Essential
2. A minimum of 4 years as a Team Leader running an installation team
3. Strong team leading capabilities
4. Good communication skills
5. Able to handle immense pressure
6. Good time management essential
7. Good planning skills
8. Strong attention to detail is essential
9. Must have valid Driver’s license
