Job DescriptionTo manage the Diners Club Contact Centre for Consumer, Corporate and Merchant Services within a multi-channel environment (e.g., email, telephone, fax, sms, etc.).
QualificationsMinimum QualificationExperience Required- 3-4 years' Experience in contact center management, preferable in a credit card industry
