My client is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Team Leader to join their branch in the East Rand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and lead a motivated sales team to success. Minimum requirements :

• Matric is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience with internal sales ideally in the automotive parts industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing staff
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales and margin targets is required
• Experience working with KPIs, both individual and team targets are required
• Ability to read, interpret, work with financial and quantitative data is required
• Demonstrated achievement of at least 70% of sales targets consistently throughout the year is required
• Valid drivers license and reliable transport is required
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and Navision is essential
