The purpose of this role is to manage the branch to achieve business objectives in accordance with the region and retail operations strategy.

You Bring

  • 1-2 years leadership experience.
  • 12 months’ experience within the retail gaming or betting industry.

Advantageous

  • Valid driver’s license.

Branch Growth

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

  • Ensure achievement of targets within your areas in accordance with branch objectives.
  • Drive business results by creating an open dialogue with guests to educate them on all branch offerings.
  • Ensure betting boards are updated.
  • Update memos, card changes, results, and scratchings occurring throughout the day.
  • Be knowledgeable on all game rules, odds, and payouts.
  • Team members must be familiar with confirmation limits and contact BSC department before laying bets over the limit.
  • Take customer bets where required in express branches.

Cash Administration

  • Manage cash within the branch according to defined processes and minimize risks, theft, and fraud.
  • Educate team members on all FICA requirements.
  • Ensure daily banking schedules are submitted to the Branch Manager/Senior Team.
  • Adhere to credit card and EFT policies.
  • Issue correct floats to team members at end of shifts.
  • Conduct interim checks during the day with the team leader.
  • Reconcile end of shift balances with the amounts reflected on LPM/Admin/HIS.
  • Manage recovery processes in line with procedures.
  • Follow correct processes for lost ticket claims, including receiving ticket numbers from Helpline and recording guest details for validation.
