Team Lead – Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence

Are you a seasoned BI professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering data-driven insights? We're partnering with a dynamic insurance company (unnamed here) that’s looking for a Team Lead – Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence to drive their data strategy forward.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the CIO and Enterprise Architect to shape the BI vision, lead a skilled team, and implement scalable data solutions using the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, Azure Synapse, etc.).

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and developing ETL processes, data integration, and robust data warehouse solutions
• Leading the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations
• Driving innovation and best practices within the BI space
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Mentoring your team while staying hands-on with architecture and development decisions

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 7–8 years of experience in data analytics/BI
• Brings 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Has strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other MS BI tools
• Understands the insurance or financial services sector
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for clean, trusted data
