Job summary

Cartrack in South Africa is seeking a Collections Team Leader to drive collections targets and oversee daily operations of the collections team.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in collections or debt recovery, with 1-2 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of debt collection processes.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
