Job description

Job Title: Team and Project Coordinator

A Team and Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various projects of the respective teams working on site and in the field.

Tasks and Duties:
  1. Buying materials
  2. Stock keeping and inventory control
  3. Organizing and scheduling appointments for teams to visit sites
  4. Liaising with clients regarding project progress
  5. Coordinating with subcontractors
  6. Managing office staff
Requirements:
  1. Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  2. Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
  3. Computer literacy in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  4. Valid South African driver's license
  5. 2 to 3 years' experience in Project Coordination
  6. 2 to 3 years' experience in Office Staff Management
  7. 2 to 3 years' experience in Stock Control
  8. 2 to 3 years' experience in purchasing materials and consumables
  9. Strong self-management and organizational skills
  10. Excellent time management
  11. Strong communication skills
  12. Ability to take initiative and responsibility
