Job Description

We're looking for a Team Administrator to join our dynamic team at Trustonic. You will support our General Manager and Commercial Director, helping to ensure the efficiency and organization of our business operations.

The ideal candidate is flexible, capable of working both virtually and in the office, and can seamlessly integrate into our team environment. As part of the MEA team, reporting to the General Manager, you will:

  1. Assist with travel, accommodation bookings, and general administrative activities.
  2. Provide administrative support to regional GM, Commercial & BD Directors.
  3. Manage expense reports and maintain office supplies.
  4. Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  5. Coordinate with courier services and handle customer queries.
  6. Support marketing activities, including digital marketing and content creation.
  7. Arrange meetings, conferences, and team events.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate meetings and follow-up actions.
  9. Document and track engagement actions across various projects.
  10. Participate in charitable and team-building events.
  11. Monitor team objectives, Salesforce usage, and marketing effectiveness, reporting findings to management.
  12. Assist in legal engagement processes and escalation procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Understanding of legal engagement processes.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
