A regional healthcare board is seeking a Team Administrator Assistant to join the East Inverness Social Work Teams. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams in a hybrid environment, undertaking a variety of administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with previous experience in administration. The position accommodates both full-time and part-time hours.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, versatile and flexible individual to join our service as Team Administrator Assistant for the East Inverness Social Work Teams.
There are two posts available, one 37 hour post and one 18 hour post.
The successful candidate will work across two busy Social Work Teams alongside a part-time Administrative Assistant and undertake a wide range of varied and interesting tasks. The role requires the ability to work as an integral part of the Social Work Teams and, on occasions, part of a wider supportive integrated team. You will be able to work autonomously within the expectations of the role and under the guidance of the Team Manager and Senior Social Workers.
This role involves hybrid working within an open office area, and also working at home.

This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
