Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe student teachers during scheduled school visits.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on lesson plans, classroom delivery and reflective practice.
• Mentor student teachers and guide performance improvement.
• Complete formal observation reports and assessment rubrics per guidelines.
