ROLE SUMMARY : To adopt a holistic view to students in their care, promoting the general progress and well-being of individuals and of any class or group assigned to them.

To help support a creative positive learning environment and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Support the class teacher in a nurturing teaching environment that promotes engaged learning.
2. Behave in a professional manner regarding punctuality, behaviour and standards of work.
3. Evaluate, reflect on, and refine classroom practice.
4. Be willing to continuously develop one's role in the class.
5. Show loyalty to all facets of Reddam House.
6. Attend all special occasions at the discretion of the relevant Head.
7. The post holder is required to undertake any other reasonable tasks that the School Head determines.

9. Positive attitude towards change and the expectations of the children in the class.
