Key Performance Areas:
- Manage and oversee all tax compliance activities, ensuring adherence to South African tax laws.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation, providing proactive advice.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance across all areas of the business.
- Assist with audits and resolve tax-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Tax qualifications advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of South African tax legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
