Location : Johannesburg SA (virtual based but may be required to occasionally work from local office)

Employment Type : 6 months contract with potential to extend

Were looking for a talented Sourcing and Talent Specialist to join our team! If youre passionate about identifying top talent through diverse sourcing techniques this role is for you. You will manage sourcing and pipeline development for both internal and external hires globally across all employment segments ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. A key aspect of this role involves project managing the global talent pipeline with a focus on marketing communications creative and technology roles.

What you will do :

  • Source & Engage Talent : Identify and screen candidates globally using social media networking associations and other channels. Maintain a strong diverse talent pipeline.
  • Drive Recruitment Campaigns : Manage outreach campaigns including targeted communications to engage passive and active candidates in our database.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience : Ensure timely communication and a positive journey for all candidates selected or not.
  • Support Talent Acquisition : Assist with interviews candidate proposals interview coordination offer finalization and recruitment updates.
  • Advise & Educate Stakeholders : Provide guidance on effective compliant interviewing techniques.
  • Promote HelloKindreds Brand : Act as an ambassador across client and candidate interactions.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends : Research and share emerging recruiting and industry trends in marketing creative and tech staffing.
  • Build Relationships : Strengthen connections with clients and candidates leveraging every interaction to showcase our services.
  • Support Recruiting Operations : Assist with job postings job order management and background check processing.
  • Adapt & Contribute : Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and company goals.

Qualifications :

Education : University degree or college diploma in a relevant field preferred.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in an agency or fastpaced environment recruiting for permanent or contract roles ideally with global reach.

Technical Skills :

  • Experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS is required.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing communications creative or technical recruiting is an asset.

Recruitment Expertise :

  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies interview techniques (behavioral competencybased etc. and fullcycle recruiting.
  • Experience managing recruitment campaigns including targeted outreach to candidate databases.
  • Ability to develop project plans and manage in a recruitment setting.
  • Experience partnering with industry associations and organizations is preferred.

Other Skills :

  • Proficient in social media for talent sourcing advertising and networking.
  • Experience working remotely in a virtual team environment is required.
