Job Description

To source, qualify, and influence talent for all levels of critical/hard-to-fill positions, develop clearly defined recruitment strategies, and set expectations in partnership with the recruitment team.

To creatively and proactively mine social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates, and the business candidate database to identify, screen, and create talent communities and candidate pipelines for current and future positions.

This position will also ensure that the business is represented accurately and appropriately to all candidates. It involves matching candidates to roles to prevent inefficiencies and financial losses due to turnover, supervision, or training. The goal is to find the right candidates, at the right time, and at the right cost.

Responsibilities include managing sourcing channels/tools, contributing to change initiatives, assessing performance, adhering to standards, supporting HR processes, conducting recruitment in compliance with legislation, sourcing high-caliber candidates, analyzing data for insights, participating in communities of practice, managing documentation, talent mapping, stakeholder management, brand representation, risk management, cost management, and process improvements.

Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years solid recruitment experience
  • Relevant qualification
  • Exposure to WorkDay advantageous
  • Experience in Cash Investments, Banking, and Fiduciary beneficial
