Talent Sourcing Officer 12 Months Fixed Term Contract Centurion

Salary Range : up to R501,775.00pa

Overview :

The Officer : Talent Sourcing is accountable to ensure effective facilitation of recruitment processes and reporting within the Department.

Minimum Requirements and Experience :

  • Bachelors Degree in :
  • Human Resources / Industrial Psychology related qualification.
  • Relevant 3 years experience in :
  • Human Resources Administration / Talent Sourcing related environment.
  • Knowledge of Recruitment / Selection Processes and Procedures.
  • SAP HCM.

Key Performance Areas :

Manpower Planning :

  • Draft Adverts, engage OD on the accuracy and ensure placement on relevant forum.
  • Screening of applicants, complete reference checks.
  • Finalize offers in accordance with employment and compensation policies.
  • Compile appropriate engagement paperwork and submit to payroll coordinator.
  • Liaison between search firms and hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable organizational regulations, and HR policies and procedures to prevent and / or minimize potential liability to the company.
  • Draft regret letters and send to unsuccessful candidates.

Finance Administration :

  • Ensure all supplier invoices are processed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure all recruitment contracts are monitored and budget reviewed continuously.

Reporting :

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Resourcing Department.
  • Submit a list of new employees attending induction to Learning and Development on a monthly basis.
  • Report on outstanding supplier invoices.

Resourcing Administration :

  • Coordinate interviews as requested by senior practitioner.
  • Prepare interview packs for panel.
  • Arrange internal or external interview venue.
  • Deal promptly and effectively with staff enquiries related to resourcing.
  • Ensure efficient record keeping of resourcing documents.
  • Record and file all advert requisitions and adverts.

Stakeholder relations :

  • Assist with inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of relationships with vendors, service providers or procurement teams and ensure that all relevant procured items are invoiced and paid on time.
