Cape Town | 6-Month Contract | US Hours

We’re hiring 3–5 Talent Sourcer & Coordinators to support our delivery team on a fast-moving US project through our Dynamic Talent Solutions division. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, thrives on multitasking, and is energised by helping things run smoothly, all while sourcing top talent.

You’ll be juggling sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate coordination, keeping the wheels turning across a high-volume hiring engine. If you’ve supported recruitment teams and dipped your toes into sourcing, this is the role for you.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting Talent Partners with sourcing and screening for a high-volume US project.
  • Handling responses, outreach, and initial engagement with candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews, scheduling, and managing communications between candidates, Talent Partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records, tracking candidates, updating systems, and managing details.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to final stage.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years’ experience in a talent sourcing or junior recruiting role, with exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordination.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills, confident in managing scheduling and coordination across teams.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones, with flexibility for occasional late shifts.
  • Ability to work in Cape Town office 3 days a week initially (likely reducing to 1–2 days).
