Responsibilities
- Analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items based on food and overhead costs.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
- Verify the quantity and quality of received products.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and develop recipes and menus, considering seasonal ingredient availability and customer volume.
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
- Determine food presentation methods and create decorative food displays.
- Plan production schedules and staff requirements to ensure timely service delivery.
- Supervise food preparation and cooking activities across multiple units.
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Assist with additional duties outside the usual scope as needed.
- Engage hands-on to improve meal quality and standards.
- Conduct on-the-job training for chefs and cooks.
- Introduce new industry trends to enhance standards and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications
