Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility and management of the unit
  • Work effectively in a demanding environment
  • Set and manage service delivery standards
  • Lead, motivate, train, and develop a team of staff
  • Implement and maintain operational controls within budgetary requirements
  • Ensure the quality of food preparation, presentation, and service meets Fedics standards
  • Ensure compliance with all Fedics policies and procedures
  • Handle daily HR and IR issues, including training, development, and performance management
  • Analyze and anticipate client needs and address possible complaints
  • Organize, prepare, and coordinate all functions
  • Manage administration, finances, debtors, budgets, etc.
  • Process Fedics paperwork and understand weekly & monthly P&L statements
  • Build relationships with clients and customers daily (essential)
  • Work long hours and on weekends if necessary
  • Stay updated on the latest food trends and best practices
