We’re hiring a Talent Partner to join one of our embedded teams supporting a global FMCG powerhouse and household brand. Operating across the UK and wider Europe, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume, structured recruitment environments.
You'll take ownership of the full hiring process – but with a key difference: all roles come through inbound applications. This is not a sourcing-heavy role. Instead, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional end-to-end process, from posting roles and managing applications to engaging stakeholders and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The positions you’ll manage are complex and niche, spanning both IT and Corporate functions, making attention to detail and stakeholder confidence essential.
