Cape Town | 6-Month Contract | US Hours

We’re hiring two Talent Partners to join a high-energy project team supporting one of our US clients through our Dynamic Talent Solutions division. This is a contract role where you'll help scale a fast-paced, people-driven campaign set to make 1000+ hires across the US.

Working in a close-knit squad, you’ll manage the full recruitment process for junior level roles, from outreach and application handling to screening, negotiation, and placement, with minimal stakeholder involvement. It’s all about volume, speed, and precision. Think high-volume hiring sprints, shared wins, pizza-fueled hustle, and doing it all together.

What you will be doing

  • Running full-cycle recruitment, for junior level roles, across the US market, with a focus on outbound sourcing and application management.
  • Screening, qualifying, and managing candidates through the entire process, from first outreach to signed offer.
  • Handling high volumes of applications and outreach across multiple time zones.
  • Managing salary negotiations, documentation, and seamless candidate communication.
  • Collaborating with a close-knit delivery team and jumping in where needed to hit sprint goals.
  • Occasionally engaging with stakeholders to align on role requirements or candidate progress.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years’ end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Solid sourcing and screening experience; you’re confident managing a pipeline from scratch.
  • International exposure and adaptability, you’ll be working US hours and across time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to hit hiring goals as part of a dynamic team.
  • Based in Cape Town with flexibility to work US East Coast hours, and open to occasional West Coast hours, which will be late shifts.
  • Able to come into office in Cape Town 3 days a week initially (then likely 1–2 days).
