This is more than a scheduling role—you’ll be an integral part of our recruitment process, screening applicants, managing communication, and keeping systems running efficiently.

️ Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews across teams and time zones
  • Run initial screening interviews to evaluate communication and qualifications
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and stages in Recruiterflow
  • Draft job descriptions and manage applicant intake
  • Own candidate communications with care, speed, and professionalism
  • Work closely with recruiters to streamline hiring workflows and timelines
  • Support a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to close

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting support or fast-paced hiring roles
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
  • High attention to detail and calendar management
  • Experience with ATS tools and communication platforms like Slack
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Availability during PST or EST hours, full-time
