Job Description

This role is accountable for facilitating and implementing the talent management strategy, systems, practices, and governance. Within a global framework for talent management, you will maximize human capital engagement by providing the necessary templates, tools, guidance, and materials to support the organization's talent management practices.

Support the Human Capital community to ensure consistent and efficient execution of talent management processes. Analyze relevant data, formulate insights and recommendations to enable decision-making, and conduct ongoing research and trend analysis to evolve talent management practices.

Key Performance Areas

  1. Generate insights from talent analytics to inform policy and implementation decisions, measure ROI, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs.
  2. Provide tools, reporting, and analytics in partnership with People Data Analytics (PDA) or within practice.
  3. Ensure benchmarking and peer comparison data are available.
  4. Develop and implement the technology roadmap through Workday to enable Talent and Performance Management practices.
  5. Coordinate configuration, building, and testing of Workday solutions for the Talent and Performance Management team, ensuring alignment and integration.
  6. Work closely with the Workday technical team to communicate talent requirements and ensure quality delivery.
  7. Use data and analytics to provide decision-making indicators and reporting.
  8. Review, document, and develop processes, tools, and resources to support talent management practices.
  9. Provide project and change management support to the team.

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • Relevant qualification; postgraduate level is advantageous.
  • Broader experience in talent management, people management technologies, change management, and workforce data analytics is preferable.

Key skills include:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with People management technologies (e.g., Workday) and data analytics.
  • Experience in talent management processes such as reviews, key talent identification, career development, and retention.
  • Experience in a center of expertise (COE), particularly group-wide, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills adaptable to different business and cultural contexts.
  • Structured approach to analyzing information and implementing practical solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and provide credible advice.

This role contributes to BU and Segment People Plans, focusing on developing and executing tactical HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. It partners with senior management and may involve managing a small HR team.

  • Building internal client relationships to deliver high-quality services.
