Position Overview:
The Talent Development team is seeking a Talent Development Strategist to help us grow Tinuiti's talent. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development, this role will develop, deliver, and evaluate talent development initiatives, focusing on the Tinuiti Way and digital marketing excellence programs.

This role suits a strategic, action-oriented thinker passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within Tinuiti.
The annual base salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 plus up to 8% performance bonus. Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and market data. Additional benefits and equity details are available upon request. Sales roles may include incentive pay up to or over 100% of the base salary, with no cap. We comply with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
