Talent Development Partner - Rail/Transportation Sector - East London with hybrid working- £55,000

This is a brand new role working for a leading Rail/Transportation organisation based in East London.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Development and working with a great People team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering learning and development initiatives, ensuring they have high performing and engaged colleagues.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  1. Undertaking training needs analysis and skills gap analysis
  2. Reviewing, designing and implementing leadership development programmes
  3. Supporting the delivery of programmes through their Learning Management System
  4. Providing coaching and upskilling for managers
  5. Delivering training and facilitating workshops
  6. Leading on the Performance and Development Review system
  7. Tracking and reviewing the impact of leadership development and other learning programmes

You should be an experienced Learning and Development Specialist with a track record of reviewing, designing and delivering learning and development programmes in a customer service driven environment. Experience of training needs analysis and learning best practice is essential. A coaching mindset needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder and communication skills. You need to have experience of working with a Learning Management System.
