Candidate Profile

As a Talent Developer Coordinator, responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to Talent Developers
  • Managing recruitment files effectively
  • Conducting reference and pre-employment verification checks
  • Facilitating onboarding for new employees, including Young graduates and Interns
  • Handling processes for temp/contractor requests, including IDEAL (IGG creation)
  • Updating and maintaining reports
  • Ensuring proper onboarding and completion of paperwork for new hires
  • Managing internal communications for new employees
  • Supporting Talent Developers in projects/initiatives like Better Together
  • Updating and maintaining Organograms
  • Managing offboarding processes, including IDEAL termination and documentation such as pension fund, checklist, medical aid termination, etc.

HSSE

  • Managing and minimizing HSE risks by ensuring:
  • Compliance with all HSE policies, rules, guidelines, and legal requirements
  • Promotion of a safe working environment and contribution to HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
  • Identification and enforcement of HSE competency requirements within the area of responsibility
