Talent Delivery Specialist

Contract: 6 Month FTC (with potential to extend)

Salary: up to £450,000 RAND basic, plus 10% bonus

Location: This role is fully remote; however, we require someone based in South Africa, ideally Johannesburg due to the wider team setup.

What does it mean to be a Talent Delivery Specialist?

We operate in 35 countries across multiple sectors and have a rapidly growing client base in the UK, Europe, and the USA. To support this expansion, we seek a Talent Sourcer who will work across various industries with a creative approach. You will work efficiently to support embedded teams in delivering within hiring SLAs. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the best candidates quickly.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Craft Tailored Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to secure role briefs, design sourcing strategies, and post compelling job ads across platforms.
2. Leverage Technology and Insights: Use advanced platforms and data-driven insights to identify and engage top candidates via head-hunting and multi-channel sourcing.
3. Engage and Qualify Candidates: Conduct in-depth assessments, showcasing the client and role to maximise engagement.
4. Present Top Talent: Evaluate candidates’ commitment, address objections, and present a shortlist of suitable candidates.
5. Stay Organised and Meet Deadlines: Maintain ATS records, prioritise tasks, and meet SLAs.
6. Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Provide a world-class experience for candidates and stakeholders, with regular updates and market insights.
