Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF4)
• 3-year degree or diploma in human resources management or related studies
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies, including pipeline development and implementation
• Knowledge of legislation applicable to recruitment and selection
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and research skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills

Key Performance Areas

1. Develop and implement resourcing strategies to optimize recruitment
2. Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and provide feedback through meetings and reports
3. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various techniques and platforms
4. Build relationships with potential candidates and professionals to maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates
5. Maintain relationships with professional associations, organizations, and tertiary institutions nationally
6. Participate in career fairs, networking, and recruitment events to source graduates, interns, and learners
7. Use applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools
8. Coordinate and participate in pre-employment assessment centers nationwide
9. Maintain the Official Recruitment Platform of National Renal Care
10. Assist in creating employment branding campaigns
11. Participate in ad hoc projects and other duties as required
12. Coordinate succession planning to ensure a pipeline of applicants
13. Stay updated with trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
14. Demonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way
