Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top healthcare talent to meet the needs of our clients. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience that aligns with the iCare24 Group’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, databases, referrals).
  • Build strong talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles (e.g., RNs, HCAs, support workers).
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure smooth and timely placement.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, open days, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring regular engagement and retention.
  • Deliver weekly reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all touchpoints.

Key Requirements
