We are seeking experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our Talent Acquisition and Strategy group. You will implement strategies to attract and build a skilled workforce to meet the department's current and future needs.

The role
As an expert Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will develop innovative resourcing strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and build strategic partnerships with clients. You will challenge the status quo, streamline processes, and promote diversity within our workforce. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure our workforce reflects community diversity.
This role offers proactive recruitment advice and guidance, delivering a comprehensive workforce resourcing service aligned with NSW Government legislation. Our team aims to provide world-class public service and customer service excellence.
