Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is supporting the implementation of local recruiting strategy and assists the recruitment efforts.

Mission & Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation of local strategies to attract and recruit talents.
2. Understand hiring needs and implement specific sourcing strategies.
3. Support processes of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees to the organization.
4. Contribute to the development of corporate policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing processes.
5. Achieve quality of hire and time to fill targets.
6. Develop talent pools.
7. Participate in internal mobility processes and development.
8. Maintain candidate management tools and recruitment status files.

Qualifications & Languages:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR.
2. Languages: English (Intermediate).
3. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
4. 3+ years of HR Admin experience.
5. Experience in media agency, tech company, or data company.
