My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Build a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a constant flow of potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and organizational goals.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing :
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and manage the pre-employment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
Employer Branding :
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update job postings ensuring they align with the company’s brand and values.
Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reporting :
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire).
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and quality of hires.
Diversity & Inclusion :
- Work to attract and recruit a diverse pool of candidates in line with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
Required Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in industry/sector.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other online recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of HRIS and/or performance management systems.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
- Certifications in recruitment or HR-related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
