Job description

My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing :

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Build a talent pipeline for key roles to ensure a constant flow of potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and organizational goals.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing :

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and manage the pre-employment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.

Employer Branding :

  • Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update job postings ensuring they align with the company’s brand and values.

Stakeholder Management :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices and market trends.

Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reporting :

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire).
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and quality of hires.

Diversity & Inclusion :

  • Work to attract and recruit a diverse pool of candidates in line with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in industry/sector.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other online recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and/or performance management systems.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
  • Certifications in recruitment or HR-related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
