Support in the development of Talent Attraction strategies. Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates aligned with transformation and talent initiatives.
Lead in the delivery and implementation of targeted approaches, processes, and systems to facilitate talent management and improve outcomes linked to enhancing bench strength, talent ratios as well as SBV Services' overall talent strategy. Provide insights and incorporate external recruitment trends, including diversity and inclusion data, time / cost to hire, hire sources, and other key metrics, into the relevant strategies to ensure the department remains agile and adaptable to business trends and needs.
Manage and orchestrate the different workstreams within Talent Management to support the delivery of the strategy (improving time-to-hire, reducing cost-per-hire, etc.).
Create sourcing requirements and talent pools. Create an in-depth understanding within HR and filter to the broader SBV Services around sourcing requirements. Build talent pipelines for key positions and future requirements, creating and implementing the necessary talent ratios per position, leveraging bench strength through internal databases and alternate external resources for a steady pipeline.
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to socialize, introduce, and implement high talent culture initiatives. Research and implement novel advertising options leveraging social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. Assess candidate suitability with regards to skills and fit for the business and area.
Partner with Learning and Development to proactively build pools of candidates for unemployed learnerships and Y.E.S programmes. Establish, manage, and communicate a controlled environment in which personal data is accessible across the HR realm.
Facilitate opportunities to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop joint solutions. Collaborate with the business to develop and cultivate working relationships, overcoming barriers to information sharing and facilitating a unified approach to talent initiatives and supporting the achievement of transformation targets.
Develop and maintain professional business associations at all levels across the business to effectively network and influence talent management practices. Network with industry contacts and association memberships to source the best quality candidates, effectively communicating position opportunity and SBV Services' value proposition. Represent SBV Services as a brand ambassador at career events.
Leverage relevant social media and communications channels to assist the Communications team to establish SBV Services as a recognizable "Employer of Choice," building brand awareness and promoting the Talent agenda both internally and externally. Identify revenue-generating opportunities for SBV Services HR within the Cash Ecosystem and other markets by leveraging our expertise to deliver mutual benefit and shared value.
Create and maintain data integrity for reporting. Formally start building a database of candidates that can be referenced and maintain a pool of readily available candidates. Analyze resourcing performance against talent metrics and ratios, collating, reporting on identified trends and providing relevant recommendations.
Provide market trends and analysis, integrating the insights into monthly reporting. Analyze trends in local and international talent attraction digital innovation, prepare analytics and metrics, and submit, using insights to support the forecasting of future changes in CoE practices, processes, and solutions. Maintain data quality and accuracy on SBV Services' internal databases and talent systems governance.
Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition principles, standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with SBV Services' ISO: Quality Management System standards. Adhere to all legislative requirements within the scope of the role. Align Talent Acquisition initiatives to best practices, POPI / legislation, and SBV Services internal policies and procedures.
Conduct audits and trend analyses as needed. Support audit requirements and processes annually. Provide quality and value-adding information for ESG and other reporting standards. Subscribe and align to SBV Services' ISO: Quality Management System standards, ensuring the department's processes and quality management system is at all times within standard. Support SBV Services' ESG journey, reporting on and managing the ESG requirements to ensure a positive reflection and outcome.
Change and Culture Ambassador. Lead from the front as an ambassador and executor of change initiatives such as embracing transformation and being an inspiring and ethical leader. Motivate, direct, and influence employee behavior to achieve business goals during critical business periods to ensure continuity to operations.
Drive the SBV Services values while inspiring confidence and generating excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment toward the mission. Drive a clear and consistent message / narrative on a case for change to the initiatives that focus on talent management functions to secure buy-in.
