The role will support the Business in the delivery of technical engineering and environmental related recruitment & talent acquisition.
With the support and guidance of the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, this role will cover all aspects of recruitment & talent acquisition to include liaising with the HR Team, Business Unit Leads, Recruiting managers, Candidates and Recruitment & talent acquisition suppliers.
The role recruits in a skills shortage market therefore the candidate will require a wider understanding of a variety of candidate attraction techniques and sourcing strategies.
This role would suit someone who is highly organized, has a diligent work ethic, and is able to work under pressure.
Role model standards for SHEQ performance and behaviour consistent with the company's health, safety, environmental and quality vision and policies by influencing those around you. Contributing to the identification of SHEQ risks and driving processes to achieve Zero Harm.
