With five core locations worldwide, Easygenerator is growing quickly and we believe that our success comes from our people. Due to this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us achieve our ambitious goals of expanding our presence.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  1. Support the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating.
  2. Help create job descriptions aligned with role requirements.
  3. Search for and connect with potential candidates using various resources like social media, job boards, and networking.
  4. Contribute to building candidate pipelines by identifying and engaging potential talent.
  5. Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  6. Keep recruitment databases organized and up to date to support hiring decisions.
  7. Assist in monitoring recruitment activities and exploring ways to improve processes.
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  1. 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or sourcing, either in-house or at an agency.
  2. Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or similar platforms.
  3. Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. A proactive and creative approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
  7. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
