The Resourcing Specialist represents Capita throughout the agreed assessment process and upholds the highest levels of candidate engagement and experience. The Resourcing Specialist plays a key role in hiring entry level talent to the business as they hold the main face to face online and verbal relationships with candidates between the assessment stage of the hiring process through to day one and act as an ambassador for Capita throughout the hiring process.

Job Description :

The Resourcing Specialists will work under the guidance of the Resourcing Delivery Manager as part of the Global Resourcing Delivery team to provide an exceptional end to end recruitment and candidate experience within their designated business division or location.

  • Working experience of recruitment platforms / job portals
  • Work towards recruitment objectives and targets by identifying right fit for job
  • Ensure recruitment processes are adhered to
  • Source and advertise various roles on multiple career / job portals
  • Ensure candidates match job profiles
  • Facilitate the recruitment process with Hiring Managers remotely or onsite by :
  • Arranging interview logistics
  • Setup and reviewing interview questionnaires
  • Assessments
  • Conducting interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Candidate employment reference checks
  • Driving employment equity targets
  • Extending employment contracts
  • Onboarding employees

Professional KnowHow

Minimum Qualification : Matric (Completed)

Relevant HR Qualification / Psychology Degree

Minimum Experience :

  • 3 years 360 recruitment experience gained within an Agency and / or BPO and / or similar recruitment environment is essential
  • 1 year high volume recruitment experience supported by a strong track record.
