As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting South Africa and Africa continent, you will leverage your interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and in-depth knowledge of world-class talent acquisition strategies to solve problems and target opportunities. You will focus on identifying highly qualified individuals who align with our core values and competencies for management and salaried positions.

This is a temporary opportunity, minimum one year.

Responsibilities

  • Accompanying hiring managers & recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.
  • Utilizing the applicant tracking system (workday), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and industry-leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
  • Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining an effective cost per hire.

Relationship Management

  • Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions.
  • Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis and alerts the team where there are opportunities.
  • Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Assists in analyzing short-term and long-term candidate needs within the organization.
  • Sources candidates through various channels within the organization, understanding the core principles of pipelining.
  • Operates candidate sourcing tools and software within the department and proactively seeks better options.

Customer/Market Focus

  • Surfaces new or unexpressed customer needs.
  • Develops consistent methods for maintaining customer responsiveness.
  • Delivers customer value within the Talent Acquisition target adherences.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for Talent in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

Staffing And Recruiting

  • Uses TA tools and systems effectively with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Researches common processes and techniques to source qualified candidates.
  • Applies effective candidate selection techniques for specific recruiting tasks.
  • Provides staffing services for routine positions of major functions or departments in an organization.
  • Assists in the implementation of current staffing goals, strategies, and progress reports.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and excels in timely, effective communication.
  • Keeps accurate records of actions taken and decisions made.
  • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in HR, Business subject or relevant work experience.
  • Understand and is adaptable to an international environment

Additional Information

Up to 5% travel domestic and international.

Employees are required to be in the office 5 days a week.
